"I wanted to take a moment and recognize the outstanding level of service I've received from you Concord store. More specifically from the service manager Tom and the store Manager Roger. Last spring I was having some trouble with a Honda ATV that I had purchased new from you during the winter. I won't get into the details, but let's just say after some very frustrating conversations with the Honda service rep and feeling like I was getting nowhere, both Tom and Roger stepped up and went out of their way to make sure the problem was resolved and they had a satisfied customer . More reciently I had a minor problem with a different ATV, Again both the management and the service department went out of their way to ensure the problem was resolved both quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I have dealt with other dealers in the past but have never had this level of service, it's something you should be proud of. Working in the service industry myself I know all to well that people are quick to write and complain when things go wrong but are reluctant to do the same when they've had a positive experience, I hope I've changed that a little. You have an excellent team in Concord. Thanks again. "
